He formed Comisso and Company in 1984. He is licensed in financial services and insurance.
Tom graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1977. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Steve has been with Aspire CPAs, PC since 1994 and became a partner in 1999. His background in tax and accounting services allows him to service a broad base of clients including manufacturing, retail, service industries, and healthcare professionals with specializations in residential and commercial real estate. After high school Steve enlisted in the Indiana Army National Guard and worked full time as a means to pay for his college education at Indiana University. Steve retired from the Army as a lieutenant and infantry company commander after his initial tour. Immediately after college he passed the CPA exam and has worked in public accounting for the past 13 years and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rebecca DeVoe Brown opened her practice in 1987. Her primary clients were small to medium sized businesses and the practice emphasis was on outsourced controllership, accounting and tax services. She effectively doubled the size of the practice every year until she merged it again with Aspire CPAs, PC in October of 2000. Her firm is now a division of that larger public accounting practice and she manages that division.
